These rooms have a standard sized double bed

Twin Rooms (2)

Our Twin Room has 2 Queen sized beds

Family Rooms (2)

Each family room has a double and a single bed

Triple Rooms (1)

A spacious room with 3 single beds

Four Poster Double Room (1)

This large room has an enviable position on the corner of the hotel looking out across the Ettrick Valley

and has a traditional four poster bed as well as a separate sitting area.

We are pleased to introduce our new (9th) room from February 1st 2011

This room can be either a double or twin dependant on requirements.

The room is totally accessible for guests with mobility problems, located on the ground floor with an en suite fitted out with roll in shower as well as having suitable grab rails, etc.

Family Room                    £ 110 per night (standard occupancy 3 guests)

Triple Room                     £ 110 per night (standard occupancy 3 guests)

Four Poster Double Room   £ 100 per night (standard occupancy 2 guests)

Double Room for single occupancy           £ 55 per night

Children under 2 years of age                    no charge

Children below 12 years of age               £ 10 per night supplement when sharing with 2 adults

Extra fold up bed in room                       £ 20 per night

We are a non smoking hotel, therefore smoking anywhere within the building is strictly prohibited

We are a dog friendly hotel but owners are requested to inform us when making a reservation
